ITA Direct Access
ITA Direct Access is a new web application that enables apprentices and sponsors to access apprenticeship records with Industry Training Authority.
We encourage you to use ITA Direct Access to view your apprentices' records with the Industry Training Authority:
- To view and print apprentices' current transcripts, to determine progress toward program completion
- To review your apprentices' training and exam results as soon as they are available
- To submit reports of Work-Based Training hours, and
- To review and accept new applications for apprenticeship that your apprentices submit via Direct Access
To access your account, you will need your ITA Individual ID and a private personal email address to activate your account and receive ITA notifications. When you are ready, go to www.itadirectaccess.ca and log in.
If you have not logged on to your account before then please contact ITA Customer Service for your temporary password and ITA Individual ID.
This is your personal account; please don't share it. If there are others in your organization that need access, go to the Contacts tab under My Organizations and follow the help instructions to activate their own accounts.
