Diesel Engine Mechanic

Diesel Engine Mechanics must have the skills, knowledge and ability to install, repair and maintain all internal combustion diesel engines and components. Diesel Engine Mechanics are employed in many sectors such as construction, marine and transportation.

Inboard/Outboard Mechanic

Inboard/Outboard Mechanics must have the skills, knowledge and ability to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain engines, drive trains, basic electrical systems and accessories used in the pleasure craft marine industry. It involves all aspects of repairs to gasoline outboard motors, gasoline and light diesel inboard motors and stern drive units.

Marine Engine Mechanic

Marine Engine Mechanics must have the skills, knowledge and ability to install, repair and adjust gasoline/diesel engines and electrical/mechanical equipment in marine vessels. Marine Engine Mechanics also do maintenance and repairs on dock equipment such as forklifts and cranes.

Marine Service Technician

Marine Service Technicians must have the skills, knowledge and ability to perform general repair and servicing on recreational vessels and light commercial vessels up to 150 feet in length, with specialty skills in one or more of the following areas:
