The Industry Training Authority (ITA) has introduced a formal multi-stage process for program maintenance and development that includes milestones for quality assurance and approval points.

Our experienced staff work with industry steering committees and facilitate subject matter experts through the eleven stages of the program development process, submit recommendations, and deliver program standards documentation to the Industry Training Authority.
