Work with the ITA and stakeholders to complete the development of supporting documentation and communication material in preparation for launch, including;

• Developing the program support packages and application forms.
• Developing frequently asked questions and transition communication letters for trainees affected by proposed revisions.
• Updating websites to reflect proposed standards.
• Setting up the proposed programs in the apprenticeship management system.
• Assisting ITA to procure training providers.
